• Regular assessment schedule included
• Requires organizational commitment and participation

4. Prohibited Uses

Users may not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful or malicious code
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Resell services without authorization

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content and materials remain property of Helix Forge unless otherwise specified:

• Limited license granted for personal, non-commercial use
• No reproduction without written permission
• Client work products as specified in service agreements
• Third-party content acknowledged appropriately

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

• Services provided on an "as is" basis
• No guarantees of specific outcomes or results
• Limitation of liability to fees paid for services
• No liability for indirect or consequential damages

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services:

• With 30 days written notice for ongoing programs
• Immediately for material breach

Upon termination, outstanding payments remain due and certain provisions survive termination.
